I’m extremely pleased with my various kitchenware choices, especially as some of them are commonly found only through high price specialty sites or shops. Soft-boiled egg toppers and cups, anyone?

I have a highly opinionated cat who despises being left home alone. I wanted a sturdy, roomy, backpack pet carrier. After almost two months of weighing many choices, the right one showed up — $7 and change. Cat and I are very happy with it, it’s comparable to the $25-45 and up carriers seen elsewhere. It meets our needs. A luxury(-ish) brand lip treatment I use was available, greatly reduced and a much smaller quantity but, it lasts and lasts. I don’t ‘need’ the regular size jar, this fits in my handbag, and it’s nice to not put out the extra $25-30 that would normally cost me. Fun and fuzzy well-made slippers I’d not normally splurge on — under $10.
