It’s impossible to reach MyPoints to express a concern. Whenever I attempt to upload a receipt, they identify an issue with it, despite it being complete. They claim the date is missing, even though it’s clearly visible. They state the store name is absent, even though it’s prominently displayed at the top of the receipt. I’m utterly frustrated with MyPoints.

Hey Pat,

What have you done to redeem points? With some reward programs I’ve had better experience using different types of browsers (desktop vs. mobile vs. chrome, etc…).

It behaves like a scam. After all the work you do with surveys, etc., gaining points, I can’t redeem them. It goes through the motions, but no rewards are redeemed. The customer support is useless, just repeating the obvious that nothing has been redeemed. They don’t provide a phone number. There are lots of ways to get fooled into thinking you are getting more points by buying things. Stay away, it’s a waste of time.

Double checked. The referral program we mention (earn 25 points per sign up and additional 750 points when they make their first purchase). You’ll then earn 10% of their points. Is still active.

They’ve since added the following terms as well, “Refer a friend or family member who joins MyPoints and earns 300 Points within their first 30 days and you’ll both get a 300 Point BONUS. Refer two people who join and earn 300 Points in their first 30 days and get an additional 200 Bonus Points each for a total of 500 per referral. Refer three members who join and earn 300 Points in their first 30 days and get an additional 2,100 Points or 1,000 Points for each referral.”
