Only once have I ever had a problem redeeming Kicks for gift cards or even PayPal cash. As the review outlined, if you live near a major shopping area and have some free time, you can earn $10 cash in about five days and $25 cash in about 2-3 weeks. That is the same for $10 or $25 gift cards. I’ve been a user since 2014.

I liked what I was doing on Shopkick since I’m a coupon fanatic and earning cash-back is fun. However when I had enough kicks rewards to redeem a $25 gift card, everything changed. The requests were ignored. The emails to asktgeteam@shopkick.com were ignored and then the requests to support about the redeem verification not working were completely ignored multiple times. I called the BBB’s San Francisco office and was told to try again. That was a week ago, and I am still only getting vague and cryptic communication from support. By the time I get this resolved my points will have expired and I won’t get any rewards at all.
